How to Request a Rental Quote
Rental pricing depends on the equipment, rental duration, deployment site, and any service requirements. We can usually quote within one business day once we have the basics:
- What you need to treat (softening, dechlorination, RO, or a combination)
- Required flow rate (GPM peak and average)
- Source water quality — a recent water analysis, or your utility’s water quality report
- Rental duration (days, weeks, months — short-term and long-term both supported)
- Deployment location (city, site address, site access for delivery)
- Power available on site (120VAC, 480VAC 3-phase)
- Required start date (standard, expedited, or emergency)
If you’re not sure on any of these — particularly source water quality — we can help work through them quickly. Most rental setups go from initial call to equipment on site within a few business days, or same-day for emergency response.
