The Problem

When the panel fails, the plant stops.

Most water treatment panels in service today were built years ago by a vendor who is gone, unreachable, or never left drawings behind.

No schematics

Every troubleshooting call starts by tracing wires.

No program backup

A dead PLC or HMI means rewriting logic from memory.

Obsolete parts

Discontinued controllers and unknown part numbers turn a one-day fix into weeks.

The result is days of downtime and, often, a full panel rebuild that was never in the budget.

Panel Documentation & Backup

One site visit produces a recovery package for each panel, so a major failure becomes a same-day replace-and-restore instead of a rebuild.

Deliverables

  1. Bill of materials with part numbers, quantities, and recommended spares
  2. As-built schematics redrawn from the physical panel, delivered as PDF and CAD
  3. Verified PLC and HMI backups stored securely by Mueller and handed to you
  4. Condition report flagging obsolete parts, unsupported firmware, and wiring hazards

Annual renewal

We re-verify backups and update the BOM after any change, so the package is never out of date when you need it.

Panel Design & Programming

New panels, upgrades, and replacements for obsolete controls, by people who understand the process.
